Google love content. Fresh content. I say this because if you do not write/update/maintain and bring fresh content to your site regularly - you will see your ranking go down the list everyday.

In todays on-demand world -connecting people and communicating with one-another is essential. Your company is far behind. You know it and you are sitting there doing nothing about it either.

What are you waiting for? You have been serving customers for a long time thru traditional means -phone call and direct mail. It is time for you to catch up to the world and to the Web 2.0 where everyone is online and they are demanding.

Your way of traditional customer service and selling products is long over due. You need to jump on the wagon of dynamism and fast paced world. Your customers need your attention -one-on-one.

If you don’t pay attention -your competitor is and has already taken over your customers. You need to step up and take charge and use the Web and all it brings to your advantage and keep your customers with you.

You need email communications. One-on-One. You and your customer talking face-to-face. That is what they need and that is what they expect. If you are one step behind and are thinking about it -you are already late in the game. Don’t just sit there and watch the game -get in and play.
